I just got over my worst bout ever, not just in terms of length of time, but in frequency and intensity of symptoms. I lost 10 lbs (doesn't sound like much, but when you don't need to lose weight, people start to make comments - even the drs. were concerned). Then, poof, I was fine. This bout was so bad, though, I haven't dared to veer too far from the diet yet.
