You know SO MUCH! You're right...you can't get everytihng from one food (my huuby tells me that all the time!) I always buy into these "miracle foods" and "miracle supplements". Truth is...everyone is diff. and every body is diff. and we all have diff. needs. What works for me might not work for you.....and what works for me today may not work for me a year from now.
