I spent most of the day outside in the hot sun and air yesterday at an all day event in a small town about an hour away. I couldn't get enough of cold water and then when we stopped at Hardee's to eat on our way home, the Lemonade really hit the spot and I was so thirsty...so I drank 2 full regular sizes!!! At the time, it didn't bother me....but I think today I'm paying for the heat and all the cold stuff I drank yesterday.
I can't seem to get enough to drink today. So I was wondering what your favorite cold "safe" drinks are to quench your thirst in the heat? I've been drinking cold water, cold gatorade and the cold lemonade I had yesterday.....and in the morning, I have cold cranberry juice.
