You can probably find it in "just add water" packets at the grocery store. Can you handle ketchup? I assumed that since you couldn't do tomatoes, ketchup would be off limits too. Isn't there a recipe on this site somewhere for pasta sauce made from things like beets and carrots instead of tomatoes??
