hi everyone,
After suffering for years with many symptoms, I was recently diagnosed with IBS w/ constipation. Over the past 6 months or so, I've eliminated all meats from my diet b/c they are virtually indigestible for me.
I have been sticking with eggs, cheese, fish and vegetarian options like soy burgers, which seem to be easier on my stomach, but now I'm reading on this site that eggs and diary, as well as soy, can be triggers.
So I'm wondering, what else can I eat besides fish that will be a good source of protein and also keep my stomach feeling OK? I also have hypoglycemia, so it's really important for me to get a decent, daily amount of protein or that triggers a whole other set of complications!
