Corn chips should be considered IF. Don't get the cheesy ones. There are other choices just made with corn, salt and oil. Being the chips and salsa add calories I have found I can easily handle the organic corn chips, even though not baked. I think they are 7 grams of fat. I find the Garden of Eatin' completely tolerable for me. Still as fiber goes they need some SF with them for most people.
