Tostitos! Are they Insoluable or Soluable Fiber?Help!

I love corn chips and salsa. I am having a hard time finding any that are baked. I have found Doritos that are baked but they have the "Cheesy" coating on the outside and I don't know if they are the best thing for me, plus I want to eat them plain with salsa. I have found that I can make my own salsa and use canned tomatos with spice mixed in them or chili's. I believe these are slighty cooked and will add more SF. You can add black beans, peppers, cilantro or whatever you want in it. If beans and veggies are cooked this helps to break down the IF.Thanks, I'm dying for something to eat with my salsa.
