Its been in the 90's and majorly humid. And ever since I got diagnosed with IBS it seems as if my body just doesnt tolerate heat like it used to. Oh well. Plus I am a teacher and for the last month its been the end of the year things and my students have been out of control! Plus the building isnt air conditioned, so that doesnt help. The past 2 days have been better- as I've been sticking with the basics again. Boring, but gotta do what ya gotta do. I am thinking about trying Align. I read that it can help those with IBS.
