IBS Diet and Weight Gain?       06/09/08 07:14 PM Edit Reply Quote Samantha781 Reged: 06/09/08 Posts: 1 Loc: Montreal, Quebec Hi Everyone, I'm new to this site and this is my first time posting. I have constipation and diarrhea as well as bad bloating. I sometimes look 6 months pregnant. I have also gained about 10 lbs in the past 6 months and cannot lose it. I was wondering, since so many of the staple foods for the IBS diet are starchy, wouldnt I gain weight if I follow it?
