I stay away from the hard stuff. As far as supplements I take two probiotics (Align and Newnew Life Critical Care). I take Bone-up for Calcium which has magnesium and Vitamin D. I also take liquid form fish oil and the Acacia powder. I started seeing a new GI doc about a month ago because I was having soooo much intestinal distress and decided to try a couple of meds he recommended. They're the generic form of Levbid (antispasmdic) and Librax (anti anxiety). They actually have helped. I am also doing the hypno therapy tapes. I'm far from perfect but better than a year ago. As you know, you can feel fine for several days and then wham...you feel like crap again???? Sharon Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
