Problems with menus in the Book?????????       05/30/08 07:53 AM Edit Reply Quote AndrewIBSC Reged: 03/23/07 Posts: 159 Loc: PHiladelphia, PA When I look at HEathers sample menus in her books I notice some glaring issues. I wanted to see if someone could help me clear these up. For one, I need more than 1300-1500 calories that the sample day menus in Eating for IBS provide. I think most people do. Is it me or am I missing something here? Also I eat small meals and snacks throughout the day but find that I feel guilty when I compare it to the feeble menu listed in her books.
