Sweet and sour sauce       05/30/08 04:38 AM Edit Reply Quote Kteach84 Reged: 03/31/08 Posts: 181 Loc: MA I am going to get Chinese food tonight for the first time since starting the EFI diet. I was planning to get plain rice with mushi chicken. Hopefully this will be safe. I am wondering if sweet and sour sauce is okay?
