Getting Enough Calories on EFI       05/10/08 02:30 PM Edit Reply Quote AndrewIBSC Reged: 03/23/07 Posts: 159 Loc: PHiladelphia, PA Hello everyone, I went to a Mayo clinic site and for my age, weight, height and active lifestyle it was recommended that I eat 2350 calories a day. I am having difficulty getting anywhere near that on the diet. I am stable but my weight is dropping. I eat 8-9 times a day and still have trouble getting the number of calories I need. Any suggestions other than loading up on sugar would be greatly appreciated. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
