Re: pro biotics       05/08/08 06:21 AM Edit Reply Quote krisz Reged: 04/15/08 Posts: 10 Align should not make your IBS-D worse, trust me, i was concerned about that at first too. My doctor had me do a 6 day cycle of antibiotics before starting on Align to basically clear out the bad bacteria in my gut before introducing the good bacteria. I am a month in and definitely doing better than I was. I would say that the combination of the EFI diet, Acacia, and the Align is starting to ease my symptoms. I am happy with my progress so far!
