I've asked about the minnestrone, as it is one of my favs. The cook even came to the table. Unfortunately he couldn't tell me what kind of broth they used for the soup - he said it could be beef and vegetable. And as I know that I cannot tolerate beef I decided I'd better not test it. I make my own at home and I have no trouble.
I too opt for the apricot chicken - with the sauce - it doesn't bother me. I tell the server I can't have any milk products and they just steam my veggies. Next time I might as to substitue the broccoli - there's enough greens with the asparagas. I'll have to try the pasta pomodoro though - I do like their marinara sauce to dip my breadsticks in!
