been on Heather's diet and fiber for about a month. Up to 1 1/2 teaspoons twice a day. Was doing pretty well. No D or cramps. Some stomach discomfort. Using peppermint and fennel teas. Up till now mostly chicken,rice,pasta,fish, fresh french bread, bananas,pretzels,graham crackers and was just starting to add ( any very very small amounts ) of green beans, beets, mushrooms. I was really doing OK Sat. was stressful getting some bad medical news about my niece (which turned for the better) and I didn't get a chance to snack after breakfast or eat lunch. Came home and had an english muffin with a little seedless strawberry jam. Instant stomach ache. Since then I have had a constant upset stomach,bloating, some cramps and D after a normal BM Could that one thing I ate set me back so bad????? Sorry this is long- so frustrated.
