Thanks for the advice . Unfortunately suppositories only work sometimes for me, sometimes they're great and sometimes...well, not so great. That's why I used the senna, thinking I'll really get things moving . But all that pain was not worth it, plus it took me another 2-3 days to recover from that. Since then I've used milk of magnesia (about once per week) and it worked pretty well, no cramps.
If you're already avoiding wheat you should give GF a try. I'm still debating whether it's gluten or wheat for me. What I'm planning to do is once I'm stable I'll try to safely add things with gluten but no wheat and see if I have a reaction.
