Quote: I still get a bit bloated every day but it's not as bad as it used to be
What do you attribute this to?
I think it's the lack of wheat/gluten because I do feel less bloated since on the diet.

And how are you attacking this?
Just trying to stick to the diet as much as I can, not eating too much chocolate in one sitting, making sure I get my SF/IF with my meals. If I feel like I'm getting C first I try to add more foods that usually work (sweet potatoes, for example) and if I'm still C the following day I take some milk of magnesia just to get things moving. However, I'm not trying to rely on laxatives so I'm trying to stick to the MOM and only when I have to. I learned my lesson a week ago when I had some senna tea - my intestines were on fire, I think because I'm not used to it anymore it affected me more. Also I'm trying to convince my mind that it takes time, and that I will not feel better immediately. Everyone who states here that they're stable also said that it took a while for them, so that's what I'm telling my tummy, too .
