No problem, keep asking . That is weird that you also like pineapple after dinner, I guess we have the same IBS and same tastes .
I don't peel any of those fruits because I feel like I need the extra IF from the peel. I tried it in the past and when it comes to bloating it didn't really make a difference. I still get a bit bloated every day but it's not as bad as it used to be. I also have days when I get really bloated but usually it's when I ate a large dinner or had a lot of snacks after dinner. It doesn't really matter what I eat at night, if there's a lot of it I get bloated the next day. One time I got bloated because I had too many rice cakes .
I take it one step at a time, right now I'm focusing on being able to have a BM and not having painful attacks. I'm doing well with the pain and OK with BM. Once that's out of the way I will focus more on bloating .
Why are you afraid of oranges? Do they actually make you feel bad or is it because they're not supposed to be good for IBS? One thing that really helped me was not to be afraid of certain foods just because other people cannot tolerate them. In the beginning every time I read someone had a reaction to something I cut it out of my diet. Pretty soon I was angry and deprived and felt like there was nothing tasty (that I liked) for me to eat. So I decided that I will test everything myself and was able to include more things back .
