So... I've been eating dairy products since Tuesday (yoghurt, cheese, milk on cereal) and i'm still having regular daily BMs. If i was to react to the dairy do you think i'd know by now?
I'm still getting a bit of bloating but i think that's because i've been accidentally glutenning myself- did you know there's gluten in Cadburys Dairy Milk chocolate??? Only found out yday and i've been eating it every day and wondering why i was getting some bloating! Didn't realise it'd be so difficult to recognise products that have gluten in, particularly as the wrappers on dairy milk are so unclear. Ah well!
