Still having very hard stools. HELP! SCARED!       04/04/08 07:47 AM Edit Reply Quote emmasmom Reged: 09/22/06 Posts: 1710 Loc: ILL I am still having very hard stools everytime I have a bm. I have up the water to 3 bottles a day and a glass of tea. The only thing else I can thnk of is to add more if and start exceriseing but i can't add to much if it in all at once. Its just been the last month or so thats its been this bad. WHY?
