Hi There. I've not done much blogging or whatever this is called, but, I just wanted to say that I have had IBS for about 7 years now, and only recently have it under control. I went to a doctor about a year ago who put me on anti-spasmadic meds. However, I have been cutting back on the quantities he wanted me on.(1st he had me taking them twice a day, but, I found one in the morning was all I needed) Recently we went to Hawaii, and it was very relaxing. I worried that drinking different water, eating different foods would get me going again, but, it didn't. AS a matter of fact, things were going so well, that when I came home I tried just taking the Peppermint Capsules that I ordered from this website, and drink peppermint tea/sometimes fennel tea (for gas) and see how things went. I've been great! I haven't taken a anti-spasmadic pill for 3 weeks now, and outside of a little gas which the tea seems to have helped, I'm doing fine. I have been pretty much eating anything I want. But, I do notice that I have to eat small meals, often, and I have better results than when I skip meals, etc.
