"I don't know how you can do gluten free, EFI and low sugar"
Well, I've only been low sugar for about two days (that's when I had my "sugar epiphany") . I'm not sure for how long I can do it. I read somewhere that it takes 5 days to overcome the withdrawal cravings and then 2 months to make not eating it a new habit. But that's probably for normal people and not someone who has been seen eating sugar cubes in the past . So we'll see...:). The food diary is a good idea, I really have to make myself to keep one.
