I am not sure if this is in the right forum or where this question should go. In the most recent newsletter you state that "try calcium citrate instead, which contains magnesium", please clarify where is the magnesium? Are you saying that the chemical make-up of calcium citrate contains magnesium? I have a bottle of calcium citrate from Solgar which does not contain magnesium. In other ingredients it lists vegetable magnesium stearate, when I looked the ingredient up the information I found was that it is used as a binder in many meds. Now I am IBS-D and have had no problem with this brand of vitamin and its calcium citrate with vitamin D. So I am confused about your remark.
