Jordy, I'll keep you updated, but be patient - at this rate it may take me years ! Seriously, I feel like I've been really trying out different dietary approaches for about 2 years now (before it was just eating healthy common sense way - no fried foods, etc) and I have yet to see results . I think I have some general ideas such as no coffee, no dairy, but I'm not so sure about other stuff. I don't know about wheat and I'm not even really considering other carbs perhaps being problematic (potatoes, rice...) because I feel like I would just slowly, yet surely drive myself nuts! I hate having to think about what I can/cannot eat all the time.
