Another food for my "naughty list"...       01/25/08 07:59 AM Edit Reply Quote Erilyn Reged: 11/14/07 Posts: 743 Loc: Beautiful British Columbia, Canada The Yves Veggie Cuisine Veggie Dogs officially do not agree with my tummy. I had them a few weeks ago and thought I noticed some funkiness in my tummy, but I wasn't sure - and it may have been a coincidence anyway. So last night we had them for dinner and this morning I had 3 (count'em, 3!) VERY soft BM's in the space of 20 minutes. I was too afraid to go to work like this so I called in sick... This just really reiterates the importance of food diaries - I REALLY need to start keeping one. -------------------- IBS-A since age 12, and fructose sensitive; with the exception of my pregnancy, have been following Heather's diet since Nov. 19, 2007.
