Transitioning from Miralax       01/22/08 08:40 AM Edit Reply Quote gduclayan Reged: 01/22/08 Posts: 1 Hello everyone, I'm not sure where to post this question, but this forum seemed like the best of the choices. I just got my first shipment of Heather's Tummy Care (HTC). It is for my daughter, who is four years old and has suffered from constipation her whole life. She takes Miralax daily, which keeps her regular. The instructions on the HTC say not to end the Miralax cold turkey, but to build up the HTC dose until the person taking it has reached the dose that works for them (I paraphrase). My question is how do you know you've reached the proper dose without reducing the Miralax at the same time? Any tips on making this transition would be greatly appreciated.
