ok i had an appointment with my doctor yesturday - my barium enema as we know was negative so - i asked about what other tests they had done and what they had checked for - turns out my stool sample was checked for parasites and bacteria so thats cool - i had a scan about a year ago that was on my gallballer my overies etc all that kind area and that was clear. my blood tests were clear my swabs from down there were clear my blood tests were clear. the only thing im waiting back on now is my cervical smear results (as i am on yearly checks at mo) So she said that it is more or less certain that this is food related / IBS. She is referring me to a dietician (although i have had no luck with these in the past so i dont hold my breathe) Im a bit of a worrier and suffer with anxiety disorder - should i try and accept that there is nothing else wrong with me now ? or should i be pushing for any other tests - i seem to have had the lot apart from an edoscopy but she said she doesnt feel the need to do one ! Would you accept it now and try and find a way of living with it ? i would really appreciate you advice here as i am on my own and have nobody else to discuss it with - as my parents thing "its all in your head" (ignorance)..
