I've been keeping one. I list the date and time of everything I eat, and whatever is going on in my gut (BM, gas, pain, nervous etc.), as well as medicines/herbs taken. I've only been doing it for 2 weeks, so I don't think it's enough time to determine anything yet - I'm also following Heather's diet so I've probably eliminated the foods that bother me - Unfortunately that doesn't mean that I'm symptom free, but I'm doing a whole lot better!
