Does anyone know about shift work and it's effect on IBS?
In the past when i worked a regular 9-5 job and followed a gluten and dairy free diet my IBS pretty much disappeared and i very rarely suffered from constipation. However, i have been following the gluten-free and dairy-free diet for the second time for just over a month and it doesn't seem to be working as well. The only difference this time, as far as i'm aware, is that i'm working shifts. Any ideas anyone? Many thanks xxx
