luck, hope, a prayer! I ate a plain bagel, safe pumpkin bread I made, a plain baked potato and two cups of tea with rice milk. Safe right? I am taking an imodium before I go to bed and one in the morning if I need it. I won't have enough time to empty myself so I rather just not go.
