thanks. I saw a tiny food processor at Bed/Bath I'll get. It's probably the size of yours. Interesting so it still comes down to what we can tolerate. I can tolerate carrots, asparagus, butternut squash and potatoe. I haven't tried Broc. or Califlower for years since I got IBS-C so I was hoping this might be a way too. Thanks for your help. I think I'll puree what I can handle for now. Ever since finding out about Natural Calm I'm under control for now for 90% of the time so don't want to go back to flares again.
