But you said you got a sample so you probably only have a few pills for yourself anyway and it may take a few tries to figure out if it really works. But please do let me know how you do with it! To be honest I would be to scared to try it right now anyway. I broke the rules and tried this plain greek yogurt with bran the other day and I got so bad, I was in cramps, had a C and so much pain. I'm not sure if it was because of the yogurt or the bran but now I'm trying to get back on track. But again, thank you so much for the offer - you're so kind!
