I dont know, but it sounds good!! Your only a few states from me. I could mail you a few to try if you would like? I bought a Probiotic today recomended from Tinkerbell. So I am going to try that and Arcadia this weekend. I made NO PLANS so I could try this. Scary huh? we have to have no life just to try something new.I am always scared to try during the week because then I would have to leave work. Not that I havent didnt that before for cramping.
