Here are my principle sources of IF: well cooked spinach, green beans, peas, zucchini, blueberries, and peaches.

Grains: oatmeal, cornmeal, ground flax seed, whole wheat (just a little whole wheat)

What do you think? And what should I do when I have constipation with too little IF and diarrhea with too much?
