Puree veggies to bake in foods?       10/24/07 12:15 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered Jerry Seinfeld's wife Jessica has a new cookbook out called Deceptively Delicious. It's all about puree'ing all kinds of veggies that would cause us IBS'ers some pain I think, but I was wondering if put into recipes how'd we fair? She puts puree'd broc., caulflower, etc. into all sorts of foods like muffins, breads, fillers for tacos, pizza etc. Anyone know if I puree all veggies if I'd be safe on IBS-C.
