Safe foods       10/23/07 08:56 PM Edit Reply Quote maccrumbs Reged: 10/23/07 Posts: 12 I was looking at the Brand Name Recommendations for IBS-Safe Foods list. I did some grocery shopping recently and I noticed that some of the items that were reccomended in this list had milk in them. Particuarly the Health Valley granola bars. I thought that dairy products (milk) was a IBS trigger. Please explain to me why some items that have milk in them are on the list. Thanks in advance Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
