Syl, that's so funny - yesterday I was researching IBS at John Hopkins' as it's close to where I live and I came across this exact same sheet. I was going to post it here but then had to go and forgot about it so you beat me to it . Thanks for providing the links, I think the diary sheet would be very useful to those of us who are trying to figure out our biggest triggers!
