Constipation and then...       10/13/07 05:47 AM Edit Reply Quote Mhillqt Reged: 10/06/07 Posts: 174 Since im new to this...just 1 week...i have noticed that when Im constipated for a few days, when I finally go, its D.....normally in the recent past...if i was constipated for a few days, i would then have a normal or seminormal bowel movement on the 3rd or 4th day after constipation.....does everyone with IBS usually get diarhea after being constipated for 2 or 3 days? this freaks me out since i now have more anxiety about the constipation becuase i fear that the explosive diarhea is coming....and it usuall arrives at work during a meeting which adds to stres..
