Also, I find protein from oily fish better for my C; e.g. salmon and tuna. I'm all for small amounts of healthy fats (omega 3, canola oil etc.) for helping my digestion out. Also, as Tatyana mentioned can you have oatmeal? Cause it's quite high in protein for a grain I believe. On original topic; I do have oatmeal for brekky, have sweet potato at dinner and white bread at lunch or hokkien noodles which have wheat but only about 30g of carbohydrate per 100g, and made with canola oil. I don't know; I mean, fruit and veg they're all carbs too aren't they? it's the elusive SF / IF balance. Tatyana how do find being back on whole-wheat bread?? Is it helping?
