I tried the new Simple Harvest hot breakfast. Even with 1T acacia and a banana in it and not being touchy with IF, I feel it is too grainy to eat, even for me. It is very rough- especially with almonds in it. I don't recommend Simple Harvest.

I think I have mentioned Voortman flax seed cookies before and unfortunately I hadn't noticed before that they have HFCS or glucose-fructose to be exact (from Canada) and so they are not safe. Perhaps the ingredients changed at some time.
I had one more note to make about some food but I cannot remember what it is.
