Thanks Wendy. Not that I would wish IBS on anyone, not even my worst enemy, but sometimes I do wish that my bf had similar dietary needs. My roomie finds it quite challenging, too. Most of the time my bf and I eat separately from our roomie (who also has this half-live-in bf; he's not a half bf lol, he's just staying here like 15 hrs a day, 7 days a week... and he just found out my dietary needs too when he offered to cook for us the other night); but our roomie has offered food to me that I can't eat *SIGH*, and so has her bf. My bf is trying to be a good sport about my diet, but I think he finds it frustrating too. You know half my time in the store is spent reading ingredients. Thanks again for listening.
