Advice needed for IBS and iron supplements       09/05/07 01:22 PM Edit Reply Quote mc824 Reged: 09/05/07 Posts: 1 I just learned that I am anemic and need to take a daily iron supplement. I was recommended a slow release iron that is suppose to be easier on your digestive system however I am still nervous as to how this supplement will affect my IBS (which I finally have under control).
