My new technique to relieve abdominal spasms...

Lately when I have cramps/spasms in my lower abdomen, I simply squeeze my Kagel muscles and let go. I keep repeating it until pain goes away. I don't know why that works for me but somehow it lets go of my spasms. I don't guarantee it will work for anybody else but it does help me.
