I'd stay where you are with the Acacia. Try drinking fennel tea a few times a day and see if that helps with the gas.

I can't help with Lexapro but there are other people on the Board who take it and I imagine they'll be along to help. In the meantime, you can do a Search across all Boards with no time limit if you want to see what people have said about it in the past.

And congratulations on your success so far. That's great to hear.
