Re: what causes gas and bloating?       09/02/07 06:16 AM Edit Reply Quote petey Reged: 08/26/07 Posts: 5 Loc: PA I don't know what causes gas but my doctor told me to take Digestive Advantage Gas Defense Formula (found at your local drug store). I have been taking this for about 2 months and I found that it does help. Be careful you don't take more than 1 tablet a day. At first I started taking 2 and it was making me sick.
