It is very resonably priced, I also ordered the peppermint capsules and take 2 of those a day as well. I pretty much did notice right away an improvement. I just made another post that said I am IBS C but because I take miralax I often have painful D(painful D was prefered over not pooping at all!)Since I added the acacia and peppermint capsules may stools are formed, still soft but much more "normal" I also haven't been as bloated or gassey and haven't had any cramping!!! Right now I'm taking 1 1/2 heaping spoons a day I'm going to try and increase that while decreasing the miralax and hope for the best! Its great that your hubby is so supportive! Mine tries to be but he just doesn't understand, if he hasn't pooped by 9am he is crying he is constipated and his tummy is sore!
