An IBS Journal--Well, Sort Of

I thought I'd throw this out there for what it's worth.
I have this journal that's meant for losing weight and keeping track of how many calories your taking in, notes, etc. I don't use it for losing weight (I don't need help in that department!), instead, I use it for my IBS--what I ate during the day, how I felt, what I did to triumph during the day, etc. It's really good to go back and look at what kind of day you had and see where something may have gone wrong.
Anyway, this is the description of this particular journal:
