Hi, Michelle! Some great ideas in your e-mail. You're right; I always feel better after a workout, even though I'm in pain during most of it. The elastic in my sweats bothers me also. I'm lucky because I'm a good seamstress, and I make my own pants, so my waistband is very loose. Interesting about the antidepressants. I tried a prescribed antidepressant, but it irritated my tummy. For me, Michael has been the best source of inspiration. I never realized that the mind REALLY controls the body. I'm determined to turn my thinking around so it controls my body the right way. It's a real slow process, just as Michael said, so I'm being patient. I'm interested in the acadia you mentioned; I can't find it at the health food store -- where do you get it?
