I understand, I recently lost 40lbs(ok, so I gained back about 8 of it) and it drives me crazy to look in the mirror and see that pregnant looking belly! Mine is so sensative I can't even do the sweats because of the elastic, no matter how many sizes too big I buy them!! Drawsting is the only way to go, I'm ALWAYS in a nightgown at home. It is very hard to stay positive, have you tried any sort of anti-depressants? Not just for the depression but they have also helped me with my IBS, I take Lexapro. I know you said you do yoga but do you get any sort of cardio activity? Again, I know its so hard to exercise when you feel like crap but it also has helped me. I find the more I work out the better I feel! I just started Heathers acacia and peppermint caps about 5 days ago but they do seem to be helping as well.
